Back 40 Land Services LLC was built on the values I learned during 7½ years of service in the United States Army as an Infantryman. My military career took me to Alaska, South Korea, and Colorado, with deployments to Thailand, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq — including service in the Sunni Triangle during Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004–2005).
The Army taught me that success comes from preparation, discipline, accountability, and never cutting corners. Those principles continue to guide every decision we make as a company. This project required heavy equipment, over 30 hours, and a lot of sweat. Patrick took the task head on and did it on his dime because he felt called to do so. Not to be misleading, free services is not being offered. I'm setting the tone for the kind of person who will be working for you. You can sleep easy at night knowing he will go above and beyond for his clients just like he did to help the less fortunate. March – June
Spring & Early Summer
Prime season for construction prep. Ground is accessible and dry — ideal for grading, pond builds, and clearing land before summer heat peaks.
August – October
Late Summer & Early Fall
Get your land ready before deer season. Clearing food plots, trails, and habitat corridors now gives wildlife time to settle before hunting season opens.
November – February
Late Fall & Winter
Dormant foliage means better visibility and cleaner cuts. The best time to reclaim overgrown pastures, clear fence lines, and tackle invasive cedars.

Currently licensed and actively serving Maury County, Rutherford County, and Davidson County. We also handle all site prep: clearing, grading, and TDEC permit coordination.

Appointment Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted Payment Methods
We gladly accept cash, all major credit cards/debit cards with a 3% processing fee, and bank payments with a 1% processing fee.
Late Notice / No-Show
Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
