Reasonable price Patrick from Back 40. Came onto site and said I can do that. Instead of talking about how difficult it would be and what he's not going to do. He instituted a plan of approach and executed it. Regardless of the issues that could arise.

Great price Patrick & his young helper were amazing. They showed up early & got right to work. Not sure if they even took a break at all. Lol We hired them to clear our hillside of downed trees & debris. They did such a great, efficient, cost efficient job that we're having them regrade our driveway now too !

I could not be happier with the services Patrick and his wonderful family provided. Their customer service could not have been better, they truly care about their customers and their quality of work. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are easily a 20!

Did an awesome job clearing some widowmaker trees and others as well as grinding up ground clutter. Stacking the cut wood on a nice pile. What a difference - we can see into the woods!

Patrick did an amazing job on our 2ac lot of undergrowth. Estimate and work were done within a tight window. Couldn't recommend him and Back 40 more!!

I had a great experience working with Patrick and his team. They took my land from an overgrown mess to a finally mulched rolling hillside in a very quick timeframe. I never could imagine how good the land would look when they were done and for several acres completed it in Less than a day. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any land clearing or development projects you might have.

Pat took care of some site prep for me. Cut in a pad for a storage container, leveled and graveled my driveway, cleared out a bunch of overgrown brush, hauled off all the random bits of things that previous tenants had left, all in just a couple days. He was easy to work with, friendly, professional, and communicative. Responds quickly to changes or updates and kept me in the loop leading up to the project. If you're in middle Tennessee and need your plot squared away, this is your guy.

To those who need services like these, Back 40 Land Services is owned and operated by a person who will strive for nothing shy of excellence. I met Patrick a few years back in Alaska before he moved to Tennessee. We helped some locals in our area with a very large scale clean out who did not have the means to tackle the project. This project required heavy equipment, over 30 hours, and a lot of sweat. Patrick took the task head on and did it on his dime because he felt called to do so. Not to be misleading, free services is not being offered. I'm setting the tone for the kind of person who will be working for you. You can sleep easy at night knowing he will go above and beyond for his clients just like he did to help the less fortunate. What can be expected is a seamless experience from logistical planning to complete, where goals are set with y'all's hopes and dreams at the core. Know that Patrick and his team will do everything humanly possible to please you, it's just in him.
