• Applicable local regulations and permitting requirements

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quote requests submitted through this website are not binding contracts. All estimates are subject to an on-site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances. A written agreement will be provided before any work begins.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Back 40 Land Services LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will notify clients promptly in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written service agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate.

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area
• Identify and disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to service
• Secure pets and keep all persons clear of the work area during service

7. Limitation of Liability

Back 40 Land Services LLC carries appropriate liability insurance and will perform all work with reasonable care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, pre-existing conditions, or client failure to fulfill their responsibilities as outlined above. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
