A Low Pressure Pipe (LPP) septic system is the TDEC-approved engineered solution when a conventional gravity system isn't feasible. Instead of relying on passive gravity drainage, an LPP system uses a pump to dose effluent in small, timed intervals through small-diameter pressure distribution pipes across a shallow, wide drain field.
